We believe a key marker of success is longevity. We therefore we don’t focus on how many roles we place and how quickly, but on placements that stick and hires that make impact. We have worked with the vast majority of our clients for many years and new ones always come via referral.

Our Network

We have an established yet continually growing network of contacts, which has been grown organically over many years. Our knowledge of the communications world has been built from working in-house within recruitment and talent management roles, as well as consultancy-side.

As well as active job-seekers, we also have the advantage of being in touch with more passive individuals, who are ready to engage in conversation when the right opportunity arises. We can also undertake specific searches for a particular skill-set or specialism, to find the perfectly suited individual for a role.
